Requirements
- 01 Must be 18 years or older
- 02 Valid Alabama driver's license
- 03 Pass background check & drug screening
- 04 Minimum — EMT certification required
- 05 Physical fitness assessment
- 06 Commit to minimum shift hours per month
No EMS experience? We accept providers right out of school to help them learn and grow through rural EMS.
Volunteer Fire
Requirements
- 01 Must be 19 years or older
- 02 Valid Alabama driver's license
- 03 Pass background check & drug screening
- 04 No Prior Experience Required
- 05 Physical fitness & SCBA breathing apparatus clearance
- 06 Live within 10 miles of the station
No fire experience? We sponsor Firefighter I & II through the Alabama Fire College at no cost to you.
